Data request
Ask us to send you a copy, correct an error, or delete the personal data we hold on you.
Resezido Climate is an HVAC company working furnaces, AC, ductless mini-splits and duct systems around Austin, Texas, and we keep job records — names, phone numbers, job addresses, notes from the technician who was on site — because that's how a repair callback or a warranty claim gets matched to the right history. This page is the concrete route to see it, fix it or have it removed.
Your request at a glance
The eight questions people ask first- What you can ask for
- A copy of your data, a correction to an address or phone number on file, or deletion of your record entirely.
- Who holds it
- Resezido Climate, Austin, Texas — we don't sell your data to a data broker or hand job records to anyone outside the business.
- Where it lives
- In our own booking and job records, and in the ad-platform advertising identifiers described in the privacy policy if you arrived through a paid ad and allowed storage.
- How long we keep it
- Job records for as long as needed to support a warranty claim or a repeat callout; inquiry-only form submissions that never became a job, for a shorter working period.
- Who else sees it
- Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads receive click identifiers and conversion signals if you allowed storage — never your job notes or address.
- How to get a copy out
- Email or call using the form below; we send it back as a plain document to the email or address you verify with.
- How to delete it
- Same form, same contact — mark "delete" in the notes field and we confirm back once it's done.
- Who to write to
- office@resezido.com or +1 (213) 555-8290.
01 — What we holdWhat's actually in a job record
Name, phone number, email if you gave one, the job address, whatever the technician wrote about the equipment and the fix, and the price basis we quoted after the site visit. If you filled out an inquiry form and never became a job, we keep the name and whatever you wrote in the notes field — nothing more, because we don't collect more than the form asks for.
If you clicked through from a Google, Microsoft or Meta ad and allowed storage, we also hold the click identifier tied to that visit — a gclid, msclkid or fbclid — until it expires on the platform's own schedule. That's covered in full on the privacy policy.
02 — Verifying youWhy we ask before we act
Before we send, change or delete anything, we confirm you're the person on the record — usually by matching the phone number or email you contact us from against what's already in the file, or by asking you to confirm the job address. We're not going to hand your data to someone else because they knew your name; that's the actual failure mode we're guarding against.
03 — TimelineWhat happens after you ask
We acknowledge the request within two business days and complete it within 30 days. A correction is usually same-day. A deletion of an inquiry-only record with no job attached is usually same-day too. A deletion tied to an active warranty claim gets a conversation first, because removing the record can remove your proof of the claim — we'll tell you that plainly rather than delete it quietly and leave you with nothing to point to later.
04 — LimitsWhat we won't do
We won't delete a record that's the only evidence of a workmanship guarantee you might still need, without flagging that first. We won't act on a request that comes in from an email or number that doesn't match anything on file — that's not us stalling, that's us not handing your address to a stranger.
